The hydraulic breaker is composed of a jaw body, hydraulic cylinder, movable jaw, and fixed jaw. The jaw body, equipped with jaw teeth, blades, and regular teeth, is mounted on the excavator. The movable jaw is connected to the front of the jaw body via a pin, while the fixed jaw is securely set at the front of the jaw body. The top of the movable jaw has an oil cylinder filling hole, and the oil cylinder passes through both the movable jaw and the jaw body. There is an oil pipe loading and unloading hole at the top of the jaw body. The top of the fixed jaw is equipped with front crushing teeth, lower small teeth, and a tooth blade from the outside in. The bottom of the movable jaw is equipped with upper crushing teeth that mesh with the front crushing teeth of the fixed jaw.
The movable and fixed jaws of the hydraulic pulverizer are both equipped with crushing teeth, enabling it to effectively break hard and large concrete blocks.
